The principles behind every fastener we ship.
Certified systems and in-house testing ensure every part meets specification before it ships.
Continuous improvement in strength, precision and consistency, backed by patents.
Fast quotation, accurate delivery and responsive after-sales support — from first inquiry to long-term partnership.
The same sequence runs whether you are buying catalogue fasteners or a part nobody has made before.
Send the drawing, sample photos or just the specification and quantity. We tell you what is a catalogue item and what needs tooling.
You get a priced quotation with the standard, material, finish, packing and lead time stated — normally within 24 hours.
For custom parts we make first articles for your approval before the production run starts, so the tooling is signed off early.
The batch runs through the four inspection gates described on our Quality page, with every result recorded against the batch number.
Packed to your requirement and shipped with the material certificate and inspection report; export documents prepared for your forwarder.
The ranges below cover what we run regularly. Anything outside them is still worth asking about — non-standard work is most of what we do.
Carbon steel and stainless steel as standard; brass and aluminium supplied as custom items. Material is bought to the grade on your drawing and delivered with the mill certificate.
DIN, ISO, ANSI/ASME and GB. Parts are made and inspected to the standard named on your order, not to an internal approximation of it.
Catalogue sizes through to large-diameter and long-length specials. Threaded rod, anchors and embedded parts are produced to drawing.
Electro-zinc, hot-dip galvanizing, zinc-flake (Dacromet), mechanical galvanizing, black oxide and PTFE (Teflon) coating — applied by approved suppliers and verified on return.
Standard parts ship in 7–15 days. Custom parts needing new tooling take 25–40 days including tool fabrication; repeat orders run faster because the tooling exists.
Packing follows your requirement — carton quantities, pallet layout, part-number labelling and export marking are all done as specified.
MOQ is set by the process rather than by a fixed policy. Cold-formed parts need volume to spread the tooling cost, while CNC-machined parts can be produced economically in the hundreds. Tell us the quantity and we will tell you what is workable — and the MOQ drops sharply on repeat orders once tooling exists.
Standard parts ship in 7–15 days. A custom part that needs new tooling takes 25–40 days including tool fabrication. If your project is on a critical path, it is worth splitting the order so tooling is approved early and production can start as soon as the first article is signed off.
Yes. Send the sample, we will measure it and produce a drawing for your confirmation, then quote against that drawing. This is a common route for replacement parts where the original specification is no longer available.
Yes. We ship to Europe, the Americas, Asia and the Middle East, and prepare the packing list, commercial invoice and export marking your forwarder needs. Packing and pallet layout are done to your specification rather than to a default.
