We manufacture to DIN, ISO, ANSI and GB standards and also produce strictly to your drawing. For riveting, the applicable standard and any deviations are confirmed in the quotation, and material and dimensional reports can be supplied with the shipment.
Yes. Send a drawing, a 3D model or a physical sample and our engineers will quote it, usually within 24 hours. Tooling is built in-house for cold-formed and CNC-machined parts, so prototype and volume production run on the same process.
Stock and standard items are usually shipped within 7–15 days of order confirmation. Made-to-drawing items depend on tooling: first articles typically take 25–40 days including tooling, and repeat orders are substantially faster. Minimum quantities are set by setup time and material minimums rather than by policy, and they drop on repeat orders.
Yes. Under ISO 9001 we provide material certificates, dimensional inspection reports and coating thickness reports on request, and we can agree inspection criteria with you before production starts.
